Join the Fall in Love with Running Challenge!
When: October 2- November 26, 2023

Complete four runs per week:

2 endurance runs (30-45 min)

1 speed work (30-60 min)

1 long run (60-90 min)

Can't run for 30 minutes straight yet? That's okay! Beginners, this challenge is for you too! Your goal is simply to move and be active this fall! Aim to complete 4 days of at least 30 minutes of movement. Start with walking, progress to walk/run/walk and maybe end with running!

Submit your workouts weekly over the 8 week challenge and receive feedback from Coach G!

Join the 12 Days of Running Challenge this holiday season!
When: December 1- 31, 2023

Complete the 12 running challenges of Christmas. Complete them in any order throughout the month of December. Receive a point for each challenge completed and be eligible for a chance to win prizes!
